ABM Parking Services assumes full responsibility for any theft or damage caused to your vehicle by the negligence of our employees and/or equipment provided we have proof that our employees or equipment were, in fact responsible. In view of the reported circumstances, we submitted your claim and vehicle photos to Loss Capture claims services. Based on their professional adjuster review, we are offering you a settlement of $1,068.44 for your damages.

If you need a rental vehicle while your vehicle is the shop, please let us know and we will provide a rental vehicle through our corporate account. Do not pick up your rental vehicle until you have received your settlement check. Settlement checks take up to 15 business days to process. You may take your vehicle into the shop when the shop has received all necessary parts and is ready to begin repair.

After reviewing your Repair Estimate, you can begin the processing of your payment by clicking the link below. If any additional repairs are necessary to your vehicle have your auto body repair shop contact Loss Capture customer service at 877-841-7239 within 24 hours of receiving your vehicle.

If you would like an second opinion in regard to your damage repair please print a copy of this document and your "Repair Estimate" and take your vehicle to an auto body shop. Have the auto body shop review the provided estimate and inspect the vehicle damages. If your auto body shop feels the estimate provided is acceptable visit our website at www.losscapture.com enter your claim number and last name and click the "Accept" button.

If your shop feels additional repairs are necessary, have your auto body shop photograph the vehicle damage and write a damage repair estimate. The auto body shop can then email photos and their repair estimate to claimsupport@losscapture.com. If the auto body shop needs to fax the repair estimate they can fax it to 877-297-9976.
